Dale Dauten is one of the founding partners of Agreement House and is the head of the business mediation branch.
Dale has worked with the Maricopa County mediation program for over 20 years, has served as President of the HOA for Circle G Ranches in Tempe, AZ, served on Tempe’s Planning & Zoning Commission for six years and completed a number of mediations for Arizona’s Registrar of Contractors. Dale understands the rigors of mediation in general, and specifically with regard to home owners associations, contractors and residents.
